How it works

    Record the session in the app or upload the file. senexion transcribes it and separates your voice from your patient's.

  2. 2. Read the highlights.

    Each one describes what was said and cites the exact moment in the transcript. Your notes and files sit beside it.

  3. 3. Open the citation.

    The passage appears as it was transcribed. Read it, and disagree with it if you should.

When it cannot, it says so.

When it cannot support a statement, it says so — rather than inventing one.

senexion is intended for transcribing, organising and consulting the documentation of your sessions. It is not intended for diagnosis, prevention, monitoring, prognosis or treatment.

Questions

Where is session data kept?

In the European Union. senexion uses a European AI with zero retention: nothing is kept on the model side. The names you indicate are pseudonymised before any model reads the session. Audio is deleted after seven days. We do not sell data, train models on it or profile anyone.

Does the AI replace the therapist?

No. senexion is a capable agent: it knows the language and the approaches of psychology, and it keeps each patient's whole course in view, from sessions to notes and files. But it decides nothing for you. It describes, cites and prepares; the clinical judgement is yours. The Portuguese Psychologists' Association guidelines say the same: the therapeutic relationship and clinical judgement cannot be replaced.

How do I check what the AI says?

Every highlight and every answer cites the exact passage of the transcript, with the minute. Open the citation and read it in its place. That is how senexion stays faithful to what happened in each session and works as the memory of the whole therapeutic course. When it cannot support a statement, it says so.

Do I need the patient's consent to record?

The decision and the legal basis are yours. The Portuguese Psychologists' Association guidelines ask for informed consent that is clear, specific, understandable and revocable, with information on the use of automated systems and on privacy. senexion records in the app during the session or takes the file afterwards. The data path described above is what you can explain to the patient.

How is senexion different from pasting notes into ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a general assistant. senexion is made for the therapist's work. It pseudonymises names before any model reads the session, keeps everything in the EU and uses an AI with zero retention. It remembers every session with each patient and cites the passage in every answer. Your data serves your work, never model training. It grows with you, session by session.
