What happens to the data you leave in the invitation form. This notice covers that form only.

The company's registration details are published here as soon as the entity is registered.
What we collect
The name, the e-mail, the optional message, the language of the request, and the time of the request and of the confirmation.
The IP address, only to limit the number of requests and only for the minute that limit applies.
Why, and on what basis
To answer an invitation request. The processing happens at your own request, before any contract — GDPR article 6(1)(b).
For how long
Requests that are not confirmed are deleted after seven days.
Confirmed requests are kept until the pilot decision, and at most twelve months.
Who else handles the data
Cloudflare hosts the site and the database, which sits in the European jurisdiction.
Resend sends the confirmation message and the internal notification.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, for correction, for deletion, and you can object to the processing. Write to hello@senexion.com.
You can also complain to the CNPD, the Portuguese supervisory authority.
